If you encounter touch-related problems, you can try the following steps:
1. Restart Your Tablet: Restart your tablet to check if the touch functionality is restored when you return to the system.
2. Re-enable the I2C HID Device Driver: Navigate to the Windows Start Menu, open the Device Manager, and locate the "Human Interface Devices" section.

Within this section, find and right-click on "I2C HID Device." Choose the option to disable the device, then right-click again and select "Enable." Check if this resolves the issue.

If neither of these steps resolves the problem, please contact us for assistance, including instructions for downloading and reinstalling the HID driver.
